Thought of the day - Focus Where It Matters Most,

I say this often, but it’s worth repeating: stay locked in on your process. Focus on the setups you can actually execute, on your own portfolio, your own risk, and being the best version of your trader self. That’s what moves the needle.

Watching everything fly without you — or replaying the trades you sold too early — doesn’t make you better. If anything, it clouds your judgment. You will close trades too soon. You will miss some big movers. That’s part of the game. Always has been, always will be.

What matters is riding the market waves with intention, showing up for the best setups, and managing your exposure with consistency. If you keep doing that, trade after trade, wave after wave — the results take care of themselves. That’s how you grow. That’s how you build real wealth.

MARKET ANALYSIS

• MCSI is declining below the 10dma (contracting breadth).

• MCO hooked down again…but mostly flat (chop)

• Breadth is neutral

• QQQE was rejected off the 21dma-structure once again today, but didn’t close below yesterday’s high, so the higher low structure is still in play.

Not ideal follow-through today, but with price still in range, this was probably only a chop. Based on internals, on BTC reclaiming the 21dma-structure, and internals looking constructive, I still see that market setup playing out, but might need more time to chop around and digest the recent rally.

Tomorrow will be key to closing the week strong and ideally reclaiming the 21-day moving average structure. We don’t want to give back that recent swing low, tho.

Credit Spreads (SHY/HYG)

First spike above the 21dma-structure of this entire rally. Retest of the structure - key spot tomorrow.

VIX (Volatility S&P 500)

Tried to bounce off the 21dma-structure retest, but good close…this is constructive.

10Y Bond Yields (TNX)

Still in that giant multi-month base. Approaching the base bottom area….on watch.

/BTC (Bitcoin)

Daily reversal and 21dma-structure reclaim confirmed.
